PURCHASE CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION
To purchase a product or service through www.globaladvisorsenergy.com, you must register and create an account. The information provided will be entered into an automated database and will only be used to provide the service appropriately, as well as to send information about GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY that we believe may be of interest to you, provided that you have given us your authorization. No information will be provided to third parties without your consent. (For more information, please read our privacy policy.) By registering as a registered user, you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications about our news and offers. You can request or cancel your subscription at any time if you do not wish to receive any notifications. If you do not wish to remain a registered user after making your purchase, you can send an email to atclientes@globaladvisorsenergy.com indicating “Unsubscribe” in the subject line or contact our sales representatives directly. To register as a user, you must complete our “Customer Registration” form, filling out the required information (the boxes marked with the [*] symbol are mandatory). Once the information received has been validated, you will be given a username and a personal, non-transferable password (which will be initially assigned by GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY and changed by you upon your first access to the Website). You agree to maintain the confidentiality of these passwords. Once registered, you will be able to access your account and place your order.
PRODUCT/SERVICE SELECTION
In the description of each product, you will find the “Add to Cart” button. Clicking on this button will add the product to your purchase. You can also select multiple units of the same product if you wish. The “Shopping Cart” icon will display the details of the selected products and the total purchase price (excluding shipping costs), as well as modify the quantity or delete selected products.

Shipping costs will be added to the product price depending on the country and city to which the order is shipped. Customs fees and/or duties imposed by the recipient country will also be added, if applicable.

The payment will not be shipped until GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY has confirmed the payment.

ORDER RECEIPT CONFIRMATION
When the purchase is made, GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY will send you an email notifying you that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive this email, please contact us by phone at (+34) 93 434 3971 or at atclientes@globaladvisorsenergy.com.
SHIPPING
Shipping of products from confirmed orders will take place within 7 to 30 days, depending on product availability. If, after receiving the shipping confirmation, there is a delay for any reason, GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY will contact the customer to inform them of the new estimated delivery time. Delivery times are detailed below by shipping method, along with estimated costs. Deliveries of confirmed orders, excluding out-of-stock products, will be made via international shipping companies. GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY is not responsible for delivery times longer than specified above due to causes beyond its control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be added at checkout and prior to payment. For shipments outside the EU, shipping costs will be notified within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once the customer accepts the shipping cost, full payment will be processed.
PRICE
All prices indicated for the products appearing on the website are net (i.e., taxes are excluded, which are added to the total invoice at the time of purchase).
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Customers may cancel their order as long as it has not left our warehouse or the order has been confirmed by GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY. To cancel an order, please contact us at atclientes@globaladvisorsenergy or call our customer service number at (+34) 934343971.
All exchanges and returns processed or accepted must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise, GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY may reject the exchange or return. All items are inspected before being delivered to the carrier, ensuring they are in perfect condition. GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY does not accept freight collect shipments. Shipping costs will only be covered in the following cases: – Products with manufacturing defects, once our sales department has technically verified that the defect is due to a manufacturing error. – A mistake has occurred and a different item has been sent than the one ordered.
To return defective or incorrect products, please send an email to atclientes@globaladvisorsenergy.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. For products with malfunctions, the maximum deadline to send a return claim email is 30 days from receipt. Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return, and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the products to be returned or exchanged are not properly packaged by the customer and are damaged during shipping, the return or exchange will not be accepted. Only if GLOBAL ADVISORS ENERGY does not have the product to replace one sent incorrectly or in poor condition will the product be refunded.
REFUNDS
After receiving the product for which the return is requested, we will verify that it is in perfect condition in the case of shipping errors, damage caused during shipping, or a manufacturing defect. Once these checks have been completed, the refund will be issued and paid within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
